Is Aadhaar mandatory for Form 1A?
Not always. Aadhaar is the most commonly used ID because it helps match your Parivahan profile quickly, but other government-issued IDs may also be accepted depending on the workflow. What matters most is that your name and date of birth match your licence application.
Do I need passport-size photographs for online Form 1A?
Usually not for the digital application itself. Some offline RTO workflows may still ask for photographs, so keep a few ready if you are also visiting an RTO counter.
Do I need medical reports for Form 1A?
